Wu & Wu is a wonderful, magical - nay mythical - delicious, sparkling gem of a design-led gift company (no honestly it is, I am not just saying that). We work ourselves to the bone every day of the year, year in, year out - like Santa's elves, except not just for Christmas - to provide our stockists with the world's coolest products (and that's not just me saying that this time, it's a fact because my partner, Fiona Hewitt, told me).

ORDERING INFORMATION

UK - The minimum order is £150 (carriage is £9.00 per consignment - UK Mainland)

Carriage-paid order is £300 (UK Mainland only)

(Highlands and Islands and Eire, carriage charged @ £18-£23 per consignment)

Initial order is Pro-forma payable by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Subsequently a credit account can be applied for - please request a form.

We only invoice for goods in stock. You become the owner of all goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse and paid for in full. Any unavailable items are back-ordered for future dispatch and charged separately. Upon receipt of order, goods are picked and packed then invoiced. If you do not have an account we notify you by phone, fax, or e-mail with a payment request. As soon as we receive your Pro-forma or post-dated cheque or bank transfer we send your goods out on a next-day service.

Exchange + refund

If you are not happy with a Wu & Wu product please return it to us within 7 days and we will refund or exchange the goods for you.  Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us. Please ask for a confirmation of postage certificate at your post office.  We regret that post & packaging costs for returns are non-refundable. However, if the goods received by us are faulty we will cover postage costs.

Privacy

All personal information collected through this website will be held securely in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We use the personal information that you provide to us to fulfill orders.  When you order a product from us, you will be asked for personal details such as your name, e-mail address and your telephone number. These details will not be held securely, except that your telephone number may be given to our couriers to help with delivery.

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. We will never share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
